Organizing Director
About: The Organizing Director is responsible for leading, growing, and strengthening our newly restructured Organizing Team which consists of electoral organizers and student organizers who are tasked with growing and maintaining our base: the group of youth leaders, members, and volunteers who find their political home in the Washington Bus.
Salary: $90,000-$115,000 annually depending on experience

Western High School Organizer
About: The Washington Bus seeks an experienced and effective organizer to advance our Youth Agenda locally and statewide and build an active, committed, and organized base in Western Washington of high schoolers and high-school aged youth.
Salary: $63,865 - $71,877 annually depending on experience

Contract Artist
About: The Washington Bus is seeking to contract a digital artist to design fun, youth-focused stickers, t-shirts, and other physical merchandise that will engage diverse youth audiences and support our mission to build youth power across Washington State.
Compensation: Subject to contractor’s fees and fee structure.
