We combine social justice curriculum with structured opportunities to gain hands-on community organizing skills for a one-of-a-kind leadership development experience.
Voter mobilization
We engage and turn out our generation to vote. The Bus runs the state’s largest youth voter registration drives, and then does the work to make sure our peers are informed, energized, and turning in their ballots.
Policy
We support policy that advances a more just and fair Washington State. We focus on improving access to the democratic process, and ensure young people’s issues are prioritized by policy makers.
2020 Voter Guide
While helping young folks get hyped about voting and learning the ins and outs of civic engagement, this year the Washington Bus supported candidates and referendums that young voters support or that help advance issues concerning young people. Read more about those here!
